Strawberries 'n' Cream Overnight Oats

Layer sliced strawberries, vanilla Greek yogurt, and chocolate chips on top of oats and milk. Forget about it in the refrigerator overnight, and wake up to a delicious breakfast perfect for on-the-go!




Ready in: 5 minutes, plus overnight chilling

Serves: 1


Ingredients:

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup chopped strawberries

1/4 cup vanilla flavored Greek or lowfat yogurt

1 Tbsp semisweet chocolate chips

Maple syrup (optional)

Tools: 12 oz glass jar (The size is approximate. I have used smaller and larger jars as well. Adjust your ingredients as necessary.), small knife, measuring materials


Directions:

Place oats in the jar and pour the milk on top. Then layer yogurt, then strawberries, then chocolate chips. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired.

Place jar in the refrigerator overnight; about 7-10 hours, give or take.

Take the jar out of the fridge when you are ready for breakfast. Enjoy!
